技能実習９期生入社式

2024年10月15日、外国人技能実習生９期生１０名の入社式が本社ひのっ子ホールで行われました。
上野慎一郎社長の歓迎の挨拶のあとは、それぞれ自己紹介を兼ねて日本語でスピーチをして頂きました。
まだ決して流暢とは言えないながらも、自分の言葉でしっかりと将来のビジョンを語り、決意をもって来日していることをうかがい知ることができました。
さあ、日本語と整備技術を磨いて、それぞれの夢に向かって頑張れ！
On October 15, 2024, an welcoming ceremony was held at the head office’s Hinokko Hall for the 9th term foreign technical intern trainees , a total of 10 of them.
After a welcoming speech by President Shinichiro Ueno, each of them gave a speech in Japanese to introduce themselves.
Although not yet fluent, they were able to express their future visions in their own words, showing that they have came to Japan with determination.
So, let’s work in hands together to achieve better selves including better Japanese language skills and technical maintenance skills .
Together , we work hard and wishing you all the best in achieving your goals and dreams in the near future.
